Inside Sales Consultant - Lead Generation

$35,000 to $75,000 per annum

Are you a sales professional with proven inside sales and lead generation experience?  Based in the Brisbane CBD we have a fabulous opportunity for an experienced Inside Sales/Lead Generation Consultant to join our team.  This is a full time position with a 38 hour work week.  Ideally you will be available towards the end of February to commence in this role.
 
The key responsibility in this role will be the lead generation for our managed services offering, targeted at small and medium businesses.  There is no closing of the sale as all information gathered will be passed on to outside sales resources and collated in our CRM database, however you will be required to perform a highly detailed qualification process of each lead.  You must be confident talking to business owners and decision makers and discussing their business and the value of our managed services products.
 
We are looking for a driven and self-motivated candidate who has:

  • High volume outbound lead generation/sales experience within the IT sector - essential 
  • Previous managed services sales experience – highly regarded 
  • An understanding of small and medium business operations - highly regarded 
  • Excellent communication skills - written and verbal 
  • Self-motivated, well organised and able to work well in a team environment 
  • Ability to work to deadlines 
  • Ability to perform well under pressure 
  • Strong customer service ethic and ability to build and maintain relationships

Network Systems Engineer

We have a unique opportunity for an exceptional, experienced and motivated senior network engineer to help us in our Brisbane managed services business. This position will expand your existing engineering skills while at the same time developing your business savvy.  You will gain invaluable experiences in project management as project leader and implementer.

Requirements

  • MCP certification
  • Cisco CCNA certification
  • Experience working in a fast-paced systems integrator consultancy or similar professional services organization
  • Enjoys working with existing clients and is eager to engage potential new clients
  • Service oriented attitude - will do what it takes to get the job done correctly
  • Ability to manage a technical project with minimum oversight
  • Eager learner who picks up new technologies easily and can become proficient in a short time
  • Prefers knowing well a broader range of technologies as opposed to being highly specialized in a few
  • Available for after hours or weekend project work
  • High level of attention to detail

Technical Skills & Experience

  • Configuration and troubleshooting of switches, routers, and firewalls 
  • Design and setup a TCP/IP network including DNS, DHCP, and WINS
  • Analysis, design, architecture, implementation and support of LAN / MAN / WAN / FCIP / iSCSI / WAP, Content, routing protocols, Ethernet, switches, routers, network appliances, security and network upgrades, maintenance, design and support
  • A excellent understanding of Active Directory and Exchange
  • Develop and execute network upgrades, design, implementation and operational plans, including advice on equipment procurement, vendor engagement, management, change and service control management, logistics
  • Maintain real time network documentation, naming conventions, IP space, application specific information and detailed network diagrams.
  • Understanding of ITIL methodologies
  • Physically built and configured IBM/Dell/HP server equipment
  • Programming experience, desirably logon scripting 
  • Successful candidates should have five or more years experience, be highly motivated, and possess excellent communications skills
  • Demonstrated experience using Kaseya or similar desirable
  • VOIP experience desirable
  • Basic web development, .NET and Access programming experience an advantage

Technical Account Manager

We have a great position available for a customer focussed individual to join our growing Brisbane office. As Technical Account Manager, you will be the primary contact point for our small to medium business customers. 

The Technical Account Manager is a highly qualified, technical resource and experienced professional who works in a team environment to maximize our value to our customers. In this role, the successful candidate will rely on their strong project management skills to proactively resolve client issues and take ownership of that client relationship. The position requires the candidate to have deep client interaction with the ability to prioritize.

You will work closely with cross functional teams including Sales, Operations, Support and Product Development personnel. We are seeking an extremely energetic and motivated person who enjoys working in a fast paced environment. You will work daily to ensure customer satisfaction and resolution of all technical issues.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years experience in similar role
  • Experience with Microsoft Outlook 2002/2003/2007
  • Experience with Microsoft Windows 2000, XP, 2003 and Vista.
  • Experience with Microsoft Windows Servers (2000, 25003, 2008)
  • Microsoft Exchange Server (5.5, 2003,2007)
  • Knowledge of IP based Networks
  • Experience with handheld devices such as Windows Phones &  Blackberry
  • Strong Project Management Skills
  • Highly organized with attention to detail in resolving technical issues
  • Excellent customer service and Phone support skills
  • Be able to work onsite in Brisbane
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem resolution skills
  • Ability to create and follow detailed instructions

Marketing Assistant

We are seeking a professional, enthusiastic and experienced Marketing Assistant to join our growing team. You will be responsible for assisting the team with planning and executing marketing campaigns promoting our products and services to small and medium business owners.  This is a diverse, 'hands on' role with a varying marketing, administration and project responsibilities.  This role is based in the Brisbane CBD and close to public transport.

Responsibilities
